In the event that your order is clearly damaged on arrival please refuse to accept it and request that it is returned to us.

If a piece of artwork is not suitable please contact us before arranging to return it to our studio within 7 days for a full refund minus the carriage cost.

All goods are returned at the buyers expense and must be returned in perfect condition in suitable packaging.

Please note that refunds are not offered for any artwork or items which are damaged, destroyed or lost in the return process.
Suitable insurance cover should therefore be arranged for the returned artwork or item.

Your refund will be made within 5 days of us receiving the returned artwork or item.

Statutory rights are not affected by our policy.

Data Protection

Campbell + Hay will record, process and keep any personal information secure in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998. Information will not be passed/sent out to a third party.

Among the types of Personal Data that this website collects, by itself or through third parties, are Cookies and Usage data.
